Meet Our Family
Tiffany was inspired by her nephew Stanley to make a product that promotes the love of water. This is very important to her because she was terrified of water and failed her very first exam, a swim test, at Cornell where she received a degree in computer science before getting an MBA from MIT. Tiffany loves working with her otterific team, snowboarding, and eating salted caramel ice cream from Bi-Rite.
Eleanor came from the world of national security to the different but equally exciting world of startup-dom. She graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from American University. Eleanor enjoys reading, watching old movies, and eating fancy food, but finds she has much less free time now with the recent addition of a little otter to her life!
Emi has been with Otteroo since Day 1! She's worked with various mass market products and luxury brands. The voice behind Otto, Emi loves to write and gets passionate about what we say and do. She graduated from Northwestern's Journalism School, loves everything coconut and lives in NYC with her 6 year old who likes to pretend she is a mermaid.
Jennifer, also known as Jenee, brings a splash of color to Otteroo with her palette of digital marketing, technology and design skills. When she’s not dressing up Otto, she’s riding in the trees and chasing pow on her board with Tiffany. Jennifer is a graduate of Boston University’s College of Communication and loves relaxing in Lake Tahoe, smoking brisket and being a mommy to her new otter pup.
Julie is excited to be writing without having to worry about her hair and makeup. For 10 years, Julie worked as a television news anchor and reporter. But, now, most of the time her hair is in a ponytail as she writes for Otteroo and chases around her four young children. Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. If she has a moment of free time, she's either running or sleeping.
Sherry is Otto’s fairy godmother who works very hard to make sure Otteroo’s journey from our factory to your hands is as smooth as possible! Sherry is Stanley’s other auntie and unlike Tiffany, an excellent swimmer. When not spoiling her 4 nephews and 2 nieces, Sherry likes to hike with her husband and eat CaramelCrisp popcorn from Garrett's.

Joe, or Dr. Kim, is our go-to pediatrician that we tap into for guidance when exploring the potential use of Otteroo as an aquatic therapy medical device for babies and children with special needs and developmental challenges. Beyond advising us, his life mission and work is to promote the health of children and their new mothers through education, scholarship, and his tireless work at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University. As a clinical associate professor at the Stanford School of Medicine and the Division Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, Dr. Kim is a firm believer that lifelong health starts in the infant's primary weeks. His activities extend to childcare and health advocacy across the Bay Area in California as well as in developing nations where children are most vulnerable.
